Feature Requests

Does listening to customers mean reacting to all of their feature requests? No, according to Jeff Lash:
Reacting to each individual request will take up all of your time and leave you with a product with no discernible focus and a hodge-podge bunch of reactive features without clear benefits.
To maintain product focus and deliver value, cut through feature requests to understand the core problems to solve for customers.
