Cingular 8525 (a.k.a. HTC Hermes)

It looks like my next mobile phone will be the Cingular 8525. For about a year, I've been holding out for a phone that runs Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Edition, has built-in wi-fi, and has a good camera. I wasn't able to find one until Cingular released the 8525 late last year.

Unfortunately, the price tag on the phone is a bit hefty ($400 through Cingular with a two-year contract), so I am going to try waiting until the price comes down before buying it.
