"Effective Product Managers Know Their Market" Manifesto
In her latest entry, Barbara Nelson recalls a "manifesto" that she and Steve Johnson wrote last year. It lists 23 things product managers must do to be active and facilitative (and therefore effective). It's right on point. I can't believe I missed it when they first published it.
